Royal Enfield has globally launched the Guerrilla 450, a premium modern roadster built on the Sherpa 450 platform and powered by the same engine as the Himalayan 450. Featuring a 452cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, it delivers 40 PS at 8,000 rpm and 40 NM of torque at 5,500 rpm. With over 85% of its torque available from 3,000 rpm, it ensures a responsive and powerful ride. The engine is equipped with a water-cooled system, twin-pass radiator, and a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slip clutch.

In India, the introductory price for the Guerrilla 450 is set at INR 2,39,000 (ex-showroom), with bookings now open and retail sales starting on August 1, 2024. European sales will begin in mid-August. The motorcycle’s key features include a stepped bench seat, an 11-litre fuel tank, LED headlights with integrated tail lamps, an upswept silencer, and a steel twin-spar tubular frame. It has a 43mm telescopic fork at the front, a linkage-type mono-shock at the rear, and 17-inch tubeless tyres.

The Guerrilla 450 is equipped with advanced technology, such as an Engine Management System (EMS) and ride-by-wire technology, offering Performance and Eco riding modes to suit different conditions. Its infotainment system, the Tripper Dash, includes a 4-inch cluster supporting GPX route recording, music control, weather forecasts, and comprehensive vehicle information. The Wingman MIY feature enhances connectivity, providing a richer riding experience.
