Comparison and Strategy

The launch of the Urbano Edition follows Maruti Suzuki’s approach seen in the recently introduced Dream Series, which added features to the Alto K10, S Presso, and Celerio models to increase sales. The success of the Dream Series led to its wider availability.

Brezza Powertrain and Competitors

The Brezza is equipped with a 103hp, 137Nm 1.5-litre, four-cylinder NA petrol engine. It comes with a 5-speed manual transmission, with a 6-speed torque converter as an optional upgrade. In the compact SUV segment, the Brezza competes with models like the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, and Mahindra XUV 3XO.

Conclusion

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza Urbano Edition presents an appealing package of enhancements at a significantly lower price, aiming to boost its position in the competitive compact SUV market. With its enhanced features and competitive pricing, the Urbano Edition is set to attract a wide audience seeking value and style.
