A new promotional film of the highly anticipated Tata Curvv EV provides a first look at the production-spec interior of the upcoming coupe-SUV. Based on the Nexon, the Curvv EV shares several interior elements with its smaller sibling, including switchgear and equipment. Let’s delve into what this new model offers.
The Curvv EV features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a four-spoke steering wheel shared with the Harrier. It also includes a panoramic sunroof and ventilated front seats, among other amenities. The dashboard layout mirrors that of the Nexon, highlighted by a large floating touchscreen, likely the same 12.3-inch unit available in the top-spec Nexon EV. Below the infotainment system are trapezoidal AC vents and a touch-based climate control panel, also from the Nexon.
Unique to the Curvv EV is a four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo and two-tone finish, reminiscent of the Harrier and Safari. The vehicle also boasts a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, similar to the one in the Nexon. Additionally, the dashboard trim features a silver textured pattern, a distinct departure from the standard black finish of the Nexon.

Although the image does not show the center console, it is expected to remain largely unchanged from the Nexon, retaining the rotary drive selector, gear lever, and wireless charging pad. The door panels also remain consistent with the Nexon. ICE variants of the Curvv are likely to share a similar interior layout.
The Curvv EV will come generously equipped, surpassing segment expectations and introducing some segment-first features. Notable highlights include leatherette upholstery, six-way adjustable front seats with ventilation, a two-step rear seat recline function, 45W Type-C charging ports in the front and rear, connected car technology, the Arcade.ev app suite, a panoramic sunroof, a powered tailgate with gesture control, 18-inch alloy wheels, and flush door handles with puddle lamps. Safety features encompass six airbags, an electronic parking brake with auto hold function, ESP, a driver drowsiness alert system, and Level 2 ADAS capabilities.
