Hypermotard 698 Mono: Details and Performance
The Hypermotard 698 Mono marks Ducati’s return to single-cylinder motorcycles after nearly four decades. Ducati’s history with single-cylinder engines dates back to the 1950s through the 1970s. The Hypermotard 698 Mono features a 659cc single-cylinder engine that generates 77.5hp at 9,750rpm and 63Nm of torque at 8,000rpm.
In contrast, the Hypermotard 950 RVE is equipped with a 937cc L-twin engine that produces 114hp at 9,000rpm and 96Nm of torque at 7,250rpm. Despite the difference in engine configuration, the Hypermotard 698 Mono adopts a similar design language to its larger sibling, blending supermoto styling with classic Ducati aesthetics.

The Hypermotard 698 Mono showcases aggressive design elements, including:
